I loved how clean the rooms were and the awesome ocean view was a major highlight! The water pressure in the shower was solid too. The only bummer was there's no breakfast included, which would have been nice. parking can be a hassle, so plan ahead for that!

I'll highlight the essentially full kitchen, although it lacked sufficient silverware and utensils. Beach access was convenient, but the steep steps could be a challenge. Temperature control was adequate. Noise levels varied; while some nights were peaceful, others brought loud guests. The bathroom could use some touch-ups, and towels felt thin. The coffee pot wasn’t stable, tipping over easily. Friendly staff made our stay enjoyable, though the handling of some issues could improve. Bug spray is recommended for sunrise watching.

Beautiful oceanfront retreat with easy access to attractions

Staying here was a fantastic experience because you're just a few steps away from the beach, making morning strolls along the shore super enjoyable, and there are plenty of nearby parks like Port Orange Causeway Park, which is only about 1 km away, perfect for an afternoon picnic, not to mention restaurants like Beach Bagel Cafe just around the corner.

Loved the amazing ocean view from the room. Super comfy bed and the room was really clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free toiletries, coffee machine, and cable TV in the room. Plenty of parking, good location right on the beach.

I was really let down with our room—paid for an ocean view, but ended up with a partial one. The receptionist was rude about it, and it felt like I was arguing just to get some common courtesy. Disappointing!

I enjoyed basking in the sun on the beachfront patio, sipping coffee. The elevator was top-notch, unlike my door lock system resembling a puzzle. The fridge did its duty splendidly, unlike the burnt attempt at coffee.

A mixed bag of experiences, really.

Additionally, the ideal location, close enough to downtown yet far enough for tranquility, allowed us to enjoy the best of both worlds.

Although the hotel is undergoing renovations, like much of the surrounding area, the early morning noise was a minor inconvenience. The pool water was quite cold, which may not suit everyone's preference.

Without that consistency, I hesitate to recommend a repeat visit. Addressing these concerns could elevate this venue significantly, making it a trusted choice once again.
