We loved our stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the pillows made us feel like we were sleeping on a cloud. The hotel facilities were clean and updated, and we especially enjoyed the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel was conveniently located right off the expressway, making it easy for us to get to our destination. Additionally, the breakfast options were nutritious and cooked to order, and the restaurant provided excellent service.

The attention to detail is evident throughout, from the clean and comfortable rooms to the well-maintained amenities. I particularly enjoyed having a room with a patio, allowing for some fresh air and relaxation. The location in a suburban area adds a touch of tranquility, while still being conveniently situated next to a mall. The friendly staff provided excellent service, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast included in the stay was a delicious bonus, with a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel's location was great - conveniently close to major interstates and within walking distance of restaurants and a mall. the hotel itself was clean and had recently been remodeled, giving it a bright and modern look. the staff was friendly and attentive, offering great customer service. There was a café in the lobby with delicious food, and the free WiFi had good speed. I also enjoyed the outdoor seating area, perfect for relaxing on a nice patio.

There were no negative aspects to mention about my xmas stay at this hotel.

The breakfast at the bistro was delicious and the overall decor and setup of the hotel was very pleasing. Additionally, the courtyard view from my room showcased beautiful landscaping and the pool and Jacuzzi were clean, heated, and relaxing.

The complementary breakfast and shuttle service were great perks, especially since the hotel is located near several popular restaurants and businesses. the room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of amenities.

The front desk staff wasn't always responsive to our requests, and it was confusing to navigate the parking lot. we didn't realize until checkout that we had been charged an unexpected fee.
