The hotel was tidy and welcoming, with a clean and comfortable room that easily accommodated my family of 5. The location was great, close to the interstate for easy travel and near plenty of shopping and food options.

No complaints.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and cordial. Breakfast was delicious with hot coffee and great options. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and modern. Yumi at the reservation counter was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist us.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, with plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance.

The only minor issue was that the carpet near the front desk was soaking wet, but this didn't affect the overall experience.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the recently renovated rooms were spotlessly clean and had a small fridge, which was a convenient feature. the hotel's internet was reliable and the electronic key entry system was a nice touch.

One downside was that there was only one main elevator serving the entire hotel, which made it inconvenient to access the rooms. Additionally, the hotel rates seemed high for the level of luxury provided.

The staff was friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. Despite the ongoing construction outside, it did not impact our experience negatively. we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel.

Easy off and on from freeway, convenient for traveling. Close to many places to eat, plenty of food options nearby. Tidy and welcoming hotel, with clean and comfortable rooms

Rude and judgmental front desk receptionist, made check-in process unpleasant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, from the rooms to the lobby and hallways. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and had everything I needed. The parking was convenient, and I felt secure with the presence of patrolling security guards. The location was excellent, being near the mall and plenty of restaurants. It was also a great base for visiting all the nearby sites.
