The room was clean and welcoming, making it a cozy retreat. The staff were friendly and attentive, delivering fresh towels promptly when I requested them.

However, I found the hotel somewhat dated, with loud AC noise and a buzzing toilet. Breakfast options were limited, and I wish they had better variety.

Take advantage of the inviting veranda to relax or chat with other guests. it adds a unique touch to the stay.

The cobblestone vibe of the lobby and the charming center staircase draw you in right away, giving it character. The room was clean and had a spa tub that actually worked, which was a pleasant surprise after a long day.

However, the WiFi was down during my stay and there were only five routers available, which made connecting a pain. The breakfast was pretty basic. eggs were watery and not much else was offered besides a waffle maker. If you're looking for a comfy night's sleep, beware the super soft pillows and hard mattresses. There were also areas in the bathroom showing signs of rust and, to top it off, the elevators were loud and kinda out of commission at times, forcing you to take the stairs, which had a dusty look to them.

The staff were lovely and really made the stay feel welcoming. But, man, the elevators were out and that was a pain carrying bags down those stairs. Sweet as location though!

i really thought i woudl ve been staying at a pristine place, but the elevator was broken, forcing me to climb three flights of stairs, and the breakfast was below average. i also expected a complimentary welcome gift to lift my spirits after those inconveniences—but no such luck. absolutely can’t believe how poorly treated i felt.

Housekeeping was on point. the room was clean and welcoming! ! Staff were attentive to my concerns and handled issues promptly. perfect location for shopping and eateries within walking distance.

One thing to improve is the bathroom setup. a hook for damp towels would be helpful.

It was just a commendable fit for a momentary visit in Hampton with outstanding value. The place was mostly quiet for sleeping, which was nice. Be aware that breakfast options are limited, so plan accordingly.

Checked in and the vibes were solid right off the bat. Room was spacious and wicked clean. The air conditioning was just right. The staff? Super friendly, made you feel right at home. Didn’t expect the indoor pool to be such a nice touch either. Definitely coming back!
