I recently stayed at the Pasadena Hotel & Pool for a weekend getaway with my boyfriend. The rooms were nice and had a great remodel, giving off a classic and classy vibe. The decor and layout of the room were impressive, and we appreciated the convenience of having an iPad for communication, even though it wasn't fully functional. The check-in process was smooth, and there was convenient parking available. the Dusit had better room decor and amenities compared to The Ritz where we had previously stayed. The staff at the Pasadena Hotel & Pool were extremely wonderful, texting me after check-in to ensure everything was to my liking. When I had a question, they responded promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. It's a fantastic place to stay, with a great location and friendly and helpful staff. The showers were gorgeous and had powerful water pressure, and the beds were super comfortable. The hotel had a colorful, sleek, and clean look throughout, and the main areas and rooms were well-maintained. We enjoyed the nice lights and media hub set up in the room. The bartender was also cute and made our experience enjoyable.

The front desk clerks were pleasant and knowledgeable, and the database staff, Faustino, Nick, and Rita, were incredibly accommodating. The room was clean and a good size for us, and the complimentary toiletries were of good quality. We also appreciated the large and thick towels. The hotel had a great range of amenities, including a shuttle service, free cookies, and a nice pool and hot tub. Plus, it was within walking distance of many attractions. as young people, we found the Pasadena Hotel to be a fantastic place to stay.

The use of a receiver to connect all our components to the TV was convenient, and the smart hub for the lights was a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and had a sleek, modern design. We also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed us to have a restful night's sleep.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our romantic escape perfect. They provided great restaurant suggestions and even met us at the parking exit when we lost our validation. the contemporary feel and look of the premises added to the overall inviting and hipster vibe.

The lack of light in the room was a bit of a downside, as we would have liked a brighter atmosphere. Additionally, the soft water wasn't our preference, but that's a personal preference.

Clean room, good size. Complimentary toiletries were quality, towels were large and thick. Checked in early, staff gave good local tips. Lovely, modern, and clean room. Pool area is relaxing. Happy hour at the bar is good value. Enjoyed looking at old pictures of the area around the hotel. a great hotel.

This hotel is perfectly located in a beautiful town with wonderful local attractions. It's right in a great area with access to many shops and restaurants, as well as being on the parade route. The room was immaculately clean with smart storage in the open bathroom, providing complete privacy. The bedding was absolutely comfortable, and the staff was top-notch. The hotel offers an electronic doorbell, an iPad in the room, and an enjoyable Blu Lounge with live music every night.

The mandatory valet parking was inconvenient, especially since it is under construction.
