I recently stayed at this hotel for a family vacation. The staff, especially Ashlyn at the front desk, was extremely friendly and helpful. They provided us with great recommendations for local attractions and dining options. We were also pleasantly surprised when John upgraded us to a suite at no extra cost, which was perfect for our family of five. the service and hospitality were outstanding.

I especially loved the little touches like late-night cookies and tootsie rolls that made me feel welcomed and appreciated. Plus, the hotel's breakfast was delicious and well-maintained, despite the front desk person being responsible for it.

The room was nice and clean, and the property was very clean and nice looking. The hotel is conveniently located close to restaurants and is just off the highway, making it easy to get to and from.

The inside of the hot tub looked unsanitary and could have used some remodeling. Additionally, the staff was disorganized and unhelpful.

The suite was perfect for us as youngsters, with a separate sitting area and door between beds for privacy and quiet.
