Our stay at The Westin was as comfortable as a warm hug from a giant teddy bear! The Heavenly® Bed was simply fantastic, allowing us to lose track of time in dreamland. Our room even had a flat-screen LCD TV that was the envy of the kids at home. Plus, we were pleased to find ample space to stretch out and relax, with fantastic city views from the eighth floor. The friendly staff went above and beyond – they even surprised us with a bottle of wine for my girlfriend's birthday. Talk about a cherry on top!

Ridiculous movie rental fees.

From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was enchanted by the soothing scent and the friendly staff. My room was delightfully spacious, equipped with a heavenly bed that made for restful nights. The pool was another highlight—perfectly heated—while the hotel gym was impressively well-equipped for fitness enthusiasts. Room service breakfast was a quicker treat than expected, and they even offered free internet for a special event weekend!

However, parking was quite a hassle, costing $45 after validation, and the stress of maneuvering in and out was something I could have done without. My only disappointment was the elevator wait times—they could be a bit lengthy, especially during busy hours. While this didn't ruin my stay, it did require a bit of patience.

The updated rooms are nicely organized with attractive decor and great city views. The proximity to downtown attractions allows easy access to restaurants and events without stepping outside.

Parking is a real pain here, costing $53 with validation dropping it to $45, and a complicated valet process adds to the stress. Numerous guests have complained about long waits for elevators during busy events. The Wi-Fi connectivity can be spotty, making it hard to get anything done. Noise from adjoining rooms is another issue. the walls aren’t built for privacy. It’s also worth noting that housekeeping can be inconsistent, with missed services or lack of attention to cleanliness reported.

the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and room service was prompt. the room design was elegant and the beds were like clouds! we enjoyed the pool area too. very close to downtown attractions (perfect location! ).

The room was beautifully updated. and the staff was incredibly warm and friendly, going above and beyond for us. The enclosed walkway to the convention center made it perfect for our anniversary weekend.

Parking was a hassle. and a bit pricey, which affected our experience at times.
