Great spot for visiting the Grand Canyon. Lorie at the front desk was super helpful with maps. Rooms are clean and comfy, with air conditioning, flat-screen TV, and a microwave. Love the nice restaurant and the gym facilities. Close to Starbucks and other places to eat. Pretty lobby area with a fireplace.

This hotel made my stay unforgettable with its proximity to the breathtaking Grand Canyon, only a mile away, allowing me to maximize my time enjoying the stunning views and natural beauty; I loved how close I was to attractions like the Bright Angel History Room just about 500 meters away and the Grand Canyon IMAX Theater only a short 600 meters from my room. Additionally, the hotel offers a cozy atmosphere with clean, comfortable rooms and a restaurant and bar that were quite handy for quick meals, but the lack of breakfast options was a slight downside.

A charming hotel with a standout lobby. The self-service breakfast was impressive—fresh French toast, pancakes, and steak. Cozy room and spacious bathroom had all necessary amenities. Common areas exuded warmth with cozy seating and a hot tub. the check-in experience was chaotic. Our two-room reservation was misplaced, leading to a frustrating 30-minute wait. The indoor pool was too cold, and our promised balcony faced a parking lot, not ideal for relaxation. Staff directions were inconsistent. For the price, the lack of breakfast and limited dining options nearby felt disappointing. Beautiful and clean, but improvements are essential for a more seamless experience.

The hot tub was disappointingly out of service, and though breakfast was promised, it was nonexistent due to staffing issues. The lack of basic amenities like coffee in the morning felt frustrating. I loved the rustic charm, but with the high price point, the experience didn't quite match expectations. Would I return? It would take some convincing after this visit.
