We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade upon arrival, which was a nice bonus. The front desk clerks were friendly and helpful, making the check-in and check-out process swift and easy. The beach being so close and easily accessible was a huge plus for us. The views from our partial ocean view room were stunning, with both the city and the ocean visible. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, with a full-size kitchen. The beach setup made it convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sand for the day. The staff by the beach provided great service. Special shoutout to Tami and Marco, who went above and beyond to make our stay even better. Tami arranged for chairs and a table on our balcony overlooking the beach, and Marco used his own mobile to organize an Uber taxi for us. Their initiative and hospitality were exceptional.

The breakfast menu could be improved by offering a greater variety of options.

The location is fantastic, right on the beach and close to dining/shopping options. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly, providing great service.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach service was great, and I enjoyed the complimentary muffin and coffee each morning. The location was ideal, as it was very close to some amazing restaurants right across the road. Additionally, the hotel was just steps away from the beach, making it convenient for a beach lover like me. The staff, for the most part, were very helpful and attentive.

The food at the hotel was delicious and I really enjoyed the variety of options available. the staff, particularly Marcos at the front desk, was excellent and provided helpful tips for exploring the area. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, situated in a beautiful area near the beach.

The hotel itself was a disappointment. the hallways were dark and narrow, giving a cramped feeling.

The location is fantastic, with a gorgeous view of the beach and easy access to the main avenue of Sunny Isles Beach. The beach, restaurants, shopping, and people watching are all within walking distance. The staff is friendly and accommodating, which is great for families with children.

We felt most welcome, with no complaints whatsoever.

The elevators were always slow to arrive and the TV set didn't work. It was frustrating to wait for the elevators, sometimes up to 10 minutes, and the TV in the room didn't function at all.

I recently stayed at Sole Miami in Sunny Isles Beach for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, as well as direct beach access. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep. The balcony was a lovely addition, and the common areas of the hotel were stylish and well-maintained. The pool and beach areas were also delightful, with a convenient poolside bar. Additionally, the food exceeded my expectations, and there were numerous dining and shopping options within walking distance.

Great beachfront location with stunning views and a beautiful interior.

Terrible customer service - difficult to make reservations and no response to emails. Neglected feeling and a decline in the "family experience" since management change.

The room was beautiful with a comfortable bed and a full size kitchen. The stunning ocean views from our balcony were the highlight. The staff provided excellent service at the beach and the heated pool was a bonus. The beach bar offered quick and easy access to drinks and snacks. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the beach and other amenities. The suite had a separate sitting room and a well-stocked kitchenette. it was a great place for a family vacation. Would recommend this hotel.
