Recently stayed at Lakeshore Reserve for a family vacation. The cleanliness was outstanding, with staff constantly ensuring a spotless environment. The resort itself exuded quality and had activities for children that were extremely well-organized. The presence of water slides and lifeguards at the pool added to the fun and safety. The layout of the grounds was perfect, and the security measures gave us confidence. The lazy river was fabulous, with a perfect temperature and great staff. The rooms were clean, well-stocked, and had extra towels and supplies. The pool area was well-maintained, and the marketplace had reasonably priced items. The resort's location was ideal, offering a quieter environment while still being a short drive from the theme parks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last year. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even providing golf cart rides to the nearby convention center. The room I stayed in, 3201 in the Messina Bldg, was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, dining table, living room with a sleeper sofa, and a balcony with additional seating. The hotel grounds were beautiful to walk around, and the fitness center was one of the best I've ever seen in a hotel. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for anyone seeking a tranquil experience.
