I was shocked to find the dishes aren't sanitized properly, that notice should be displayed clearly!!! The rooster wake-up calls could definitely use some consideration!!!

The gardens are lush and inviting, perfect for lazy afternoons. The staff always greeted us with smiles, and meeting other guests was a delightful bonus. We enjoyed fresh coffee on our patio every morning!

While our room was tidy, the bed left much to be desired with its uncomfortable mattress. Parking was a bit of a hassle—sometimes it felt like a game of musical chairs!

Location was sweet as, heaps of walkable spots in Key West, but that parking was tighter than a drum—had to navigate out a couple of times. Chur for the staff, tho!

Lovely spot, legit close to Duval but still quiet! Just a shame the air conditioning was pretty noisy. Overall, a choice stay with friendly staff.
