The location of the resort is perfect, right in the heart of Rodney Bay with lots of activities nearby. The ambiance and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially Mashak, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The housekeepers were attentive and fulfilled our requests. The food and room service were great. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this resort to friends.

Felt like a home away from home, no reason to complain.

Our stay at Coco Palm was fantastic! We were in St. Lucia for a week and chose Coco Palm for its convenient location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist without being intrusive. Our Creole room, although older and unique, had its own charm. The highlight for us was the delicious food at the Creole restaurant and the great variety offered at breakfast. The pool was also a great amenity, and we appreciated the complimentary towels. we had a wonderful experience and would rebook without hesitation if we returned to St. Lucia.

I recently stayed at the beautiful and super clean hotel in Rodney Bay. The bedroom was spacious with a large bed and a lovely balcony window that let lots of light in. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods, and the omelette chef was a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to Rodney Bay and nearby restaurants and bars. It was also easy to get picked up from the hotel for various trips. The reservation staff were friendly and professional, and the bartender and restaurant staff provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located in Rodney Bay, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The rooms were comfortable and the beds were the best we've slept in at a hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and we appreciated the recent painting renovation that was taking place. The pool was beautifully refurbished and provided a quiet and tropical atmosphere. The staff made our stay even more enjoyable, taking the time to chat and learn our names. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this city.

Nothing could have been better.

During my stay over the New Year, I was impressed with the affordable price of the hotel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool that was a great place to relax and unwind. the spacious garden room I stayed in was comfortable and had a small balcony facing the garden, which was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. the friendly and helpful staff contributed to a pleasant experience.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom, was dim and inadequate, making certain tasks like reading and shaving difficult.

The staff were fabulous, especially Esther, Lisa, Siana, and Patrica from the breakfast team. The breakfast itself was delicious, especially the Fried Bakes. The lunch and dinner options were also impressive. The bar staff were great fun and always made my daughter surprise cocktails. The hotel maintained its high standards over the years. The small gestures, like the welcome home card and wine and cheese plate, made all the difference. The pool was spacious and never overcrowded. The concierge was helpful in organizing tours and transportation. The rooms were spacious and the beds were incredibly comfortable. a great stay!

I felt completely happy during my stay, no complaints whatsoever.
