The location of the resort is perfect, right in the heart of Rodney Bay with lots of activities nearby. The ambiance and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The front desk staff, especially Mashak, went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The housekeepers were attentive and fulfilled our requests. The food and room service were great. we had a wonderful experience and would recommend this resort to friends.

Our stay at Coco Palm was fantastic! We were in St. Lucia for a week and chose Coco Palm for its convenient location near the beach, shops, and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist without being intrusive. Our Creole room, although older and unique, had its own charm. The highlight for us was the delicious food at the Creole restaurant and the great variety offered at breakfast. The pool was also a great amenity, and we appreciated the complimentary towels. we had a wonderful experience and would rebook without hesitation if we returned to St. Lucia.

The hotel provided excellent service and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping areas. The pool was clean and well-maintained, offering a nice place to relax and cool off.

The noise at night was a bit disruptive, especially from the nearby bars participating in a loud contest. The beds were uncomfortable and did not provide a good night's sleep.

The staff were delightful and extremely helpful and attentive. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable with tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge. Beds comfortable with good quality bedding. Room cleaning was daily. Pool area always had lounging space and pool towels provided. Location great for beach access and restaurants/bars.

I recently stayed at the beautiful and super clean hotel in Rodney Bay. The bedroom was spacious with a large bed and a lovely balcony window that let lots of light in. The breakfast had a wide variety of hot and cold foods, and the omelette chef was a nice touch. The hotel's location was convenient, just a short walk to Rodney Bay and nearby restaurants and bars. It was also easy to get picked up from the hotel for various trips. The reservation staff were friendly and professional, and the bartender and restaurant staff provided excellent service. Highly recommended!

The staff were fabulous and had special fondness for breakfast staff. The breakfast was delicious with Fried Bakes being a must-try. Lunch and dinner were impressive with great cooking standards and food presentation. The bar staff were fun and made special cocktails for my daughter. The hotel maintained its high standards after multiple stays. The small gestures like welcome home card and wine made a difference. The pool was spacious, and the concierge was helpful in organizing tours and transport. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. a great stay!

Food for breakfast could be improved.

The hotel is located on the north-east of the island, a 90-minute drive from the International airport. The scenic drive can be a bit hair-raising at times, with steep drops from the road. The hotel offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds, televisions with various channels, and ensuite bathrooms with amenities such as showers, double sinks, and even a cast iron roll top bath. The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of options including cereals, fruits, hot food, and made-to-order omelettes.

One downside is that the menu for dinner is the same every night, which can get boring for longer stays.

During my stay over the New Year, I was impressed with the affordable price of the hotel. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely pool that was a great place to relax and unwind. the spacious garden room I stayed in was comfortable and had a small balcony facing the garden, which was perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. the friendly and helpful staff contributed to a pleasant experience.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the lighting in the room, especially in the bathroom, was dim and inadequate, making certain tasks like reading and shaving difficult.
