The hotel had friendly staff and was quiet, which was a relief in a bustling city. the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay.

There were several disappointing aspects of our stay. The design of the hotel, with its black corridors and strip lighting, gave off a cheap and uninviting vibe.

Upgraded to king suite, beautiful & comfortable. Perfect location, easy walk to Broadway, museums & Highline. Clean room, quiet at rear. Spacious with kitchenette for quick bites. Top-class bed for good sleep. Subway nearby for easy access. Excellent concierge & housekeeping. Intimate & quiet at night. Large rooms with great views. Good restaurant, with occasional musician. Pool & gym were good, just not enough time to use. a great stay!

We had an incredible stay at Marmara Park Avenue. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until we left a week later. the staff, led by Yolanda, went above and beyond to make us feel like family. Our room was amazing, with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, and a spacious living room. the hotel's location was ideal, allowing us to easily walk to major attractions and Broadway shows. We also enjoyed the neighborhood restaurants, like Novita, Penelope, the Smith, Pippali. Highly recommend checking out the Book of Mormon, the Met, and the Generation Wealth exhibition at ICP. the best part? the fun photo booth at the Smith and the poetry by Shana Marie Roark under the High Line. We already can't wait to plan our next trip in the spring.

The rooms were spacious and had beautiful balconies. I loved sitting out on the balcony and enjoying breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. The hotel staff was very attentive and quick to respond to any requests. The pool was a great way to relax after a long day of walking around the city. The hotel's central location made it easy to get to attractions like the Empire State Building or Herald Square, and there was a subway station just a few minutes away.

I recently had an enjoyable Easter stay in NYC. the staff at the hotel were exceptional, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the hotel's key location made it very convenient to explore the city, with attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, the spacious and clean room, along with the fast internet connection, added to the overall comfort of my stay.

Although I had an overall positive experience, there were a couple of issues. First, the Turkish hamam was not operational during my stay, which was disappointing as it was one of the reasons I had chosen this hotel.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions. The room size was larger than most in the city, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The complimentary Nespresso coffee and soft drinks were a nice touch. The food from room service was excellent, and the hotel's design was beautiful.

Rooms are luxurious with all amenities including iPad. Gym is modern and centrally located. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Lobby is comfortable and architecture is interesting. Pool is beautiful and has a lifeguard on-duty.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The decor was stunning, with a deep chocolate brown color scheme and gold accents throughout. The lobby exuded luxury as soon as we stepped in. The recently renovated pool was sleek and beautiful, and having a lifeguard on duty made us feel safe. The Turkish Bath was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our experience even better.

We felt so welcome during our stay that there was no reason to complain.

The location is great, with easy access to major attractions and the subway. You can walk to Macy's, Lower Midtown, Bloomingdales and City Hall. The room decor is nice and the tea making facility is a plus. In addition, the staffs are accommodating and polite.

The gym could do with a rowing machine.
