This hotel is in an incredible location, right next to a major shopping district. We enjoyed being able to walk to the mall, restaurants, and other shopping options. The staff was very friendly and even offered a shuttle service to the nearby train station. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with great amenities like a gym and free Wi-Fi. We also appreciated the complimentary breakfast in the mornings.

The internet connection was a bit disappointing, as some guests had trouble accessing websites during their stay.

I recently had a great stay at a hotel near Boston. The staff was really helpful and friendly, especially when it came to providing transportation to nearby restaurants and the mall. They even offered a courtesy coach to the train station, which made getting to Boston very convenient. The rooms were comfortable, with super soft beds and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the location was excellent, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. it was a great value for money.

The staff at this hotel are amazing and really made our stay enjoyable. the front desk lady was extremely nice and the bistro ladies provided excellent service and recommendations. the room was fine and the free parking was appreciated. We also loved the fact that the hotel is in a great location, close to stores and restaurants.

On the downside, one of the front desk staff, Sergio, was rude during our checkout and made an error on our bill. However, another staff member corrected the bill and overall, this didn't overshadow our positive experience at the hotel.

I had an excellent experience at the Courtyard in Natick. As a Bonvoy member, check-in was a breeze through the app and I was pleasantly surprised to receive an automatic upgrade. The room I wanted, with a king bed, was assigned to me and it was incredibly quiet, making for a peaceful Wednesday night stay. The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Natick for a few nights for business travel. The hotel was very clean and had a modern, upgraded feel. The location was excellent, just off the Mass Turnpike, making it really easy to get to. I loved that it was close to stores and restaurants, including the Natick Mall. Parking was a breeze, with lots of available free parking. The room itself was comfortable and spacious, especially for a King bed room. The bed was cozy and everything was spotless. The staff was friendly and accommodating, welcoming me with water and a cookie. The newly renovated lobby was beautiful, and the bar was a great place to unwind. Onsite laundry was a huge bonus for extended stays. I had a fantastic experience at the Courtyard and would highly recommend it.
