The included breakfast was a great bonus, with a variety of healthy options and even a delicious cappuccino. The staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay.

Some of the staff were unfriendly and lacked proper hospitality training. The check-in process was abrupt and the staff seemed disinterested.

the Bistro closed early, so we couldn't have a meal when we arrived late at night. Secondly, there was no microwave in the room, which would have been helpful.

This hotel is excellent for a shopping trip to Buffalo, as it's conveniently located near the Galleria and close to everything. The property offers a great value for money, especially with its attention to detail. I loved that there were plenty of chairs around a big gas fire pit, perfect for enjoying some adult beverages after a long day of shopping. Additionally, the staff was friendly, accommodating, and the rooms were clean and very comfortable as expected.

The Courtyard By Marriott Buffalo Airport offers an excellent location right across from the airport, making it convenient for early or late flights. The proximity to the Buffalo Niagara airport allows for easy car rental return and quick access through TSA.
