Our stay at Cuestas Beach Resort was like finding a hidden gem in an ocean of ordinary rocks! The stunning ocean views from our Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View were simply breathtaking, making each sunrise feel like a personal performance by nature. The pool was a real highlight—perfect for laps or lounging and unwinding after our thrilling day of canyoneering. With the days spent exploring, it felt like the resort was our own luxurious fortress, ready to welcome us back with open arms. Every meal at the restaurant was cooked to perfection, leaving our taste buds dancing with joy. We truly experienced a tropical paradise and can’t wait to return!

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! Imagine waking up each day to breathtaking ocean views that rival any postcard. Each meal was a culinary adventure, and the delightful canyoneering got my adrenaline pumping more than my morning coffee! The pool felt like a luxurious oasis, perfect for unwinding after a day filled with activities. The owners, just like over-enthusiastic hosts at a barbecue, were hands-on and made us feel right at home.

Wishing I had booked more nights.

The Deluxe Double Room with Balcony and Sea View had an unforgettable view that made waking up a true treat. The hotel also showcased a rack of wine and spirits, lending an upscale vibe right by the beach.

However, the drinks menu felt limited given the selection on display, and the number of sunbeds available was woefully insufficient for all the guests. Many sunbeds weren't adjustable, and by day three, the cushions had mysteriously vanished. Additionally, the TV was out of order, and a charging mishap with my underwater camera cable put a damper on capturing memories.

The solid beach access was a big plus, making it easy to dive into the ocean whenever I felt like it. The unique decor throughout the resort gave it a raw, character-filled vibe that you don’t always find in the usual cookie-cutter spots.

The restaurant had a significant fly problem, making meals a bit less enjoyable than they could have been. Plus, the 'No Food and Drinks allowed' policy throughout the entire place felt unnecessary. they should reconsider that if they can't provide all your food requests like ice cream. The lack of air conditioning in some of the rooms made for sweaty nights, and no backup generator while power outages are common felt like a misstep. Common bathrooms, though clean, might not suit everyone’s comfort level. Lastly, no credit card acceptance was a bit inconvenient.
