Great staff and spacious room, but shuttle was a hassle at times.

Had a spacious room with a super cozy lounging sofa. The bar setup was nice, and the shower was absolutely amazing—definitely a highlight! Staff were lovely and professional, which always helps.

However, the bed felt like it was made of bricks, and those light switches could use a spa day—yikes! Let's just say my shower shoes were more than just a fashion statement.

The indoor pool provided a refreshing escape after a long day, but the ice machine was out of order, which was inconvenient. The staff were generally responsive, though one front desk clerk made the experience less pleasant.

Heaps loved the spacious room and the shower was bloody amazing! But the shuttle was a pain to wait for, which was a bummer. Chur for the good staff, though!

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I recall the staff helping me find my lost car keys on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a comfortable city break!
