I really struggled to find the hotel after getting off the Heathrow Express. The signage was unclear, and I ended up walking back and forth between terminals. It was super stressful, especially with heavy luggage. Not great at all!

The room was spacious and comfy, perfect for resting before a flight. Breakfast was solid with plenty of options, the rooftop bar had a fantastic view.

It wasn’t cheap but worth the price for the quality.

The staff were super friendly and showed us everything. Our runway view room was spacious and comfy with a great shower. Loved the rainforest shower! The breakfast was good and the dining area nice. Room service was quick, and housekeeping was responsive. Fitness centre available too, plus a rooftop bar with a cool view.

Clean room and fast Wi-Fi. Noisy air conditioning made sleeping tough.

The rooftop bar offered a lovely sunset over the runway, and the staff were consistently helpful. signage was confusing and I struggled with the HVAC system. After a long wait for guest services, I had to venture down to address the issue. Late-night fire alarm with poor communication added to the chaos. Despite its perks, the overall experience felt less polished for the price, making me reconsider future stays at this location.

Location is ideal. Just a 10-minute undercover walk to terminals 2 and 3. Clean, modern, and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the runway. The room was spacious with an extremely comfortable bed—perfect pre-flight rest. Staff were efficient during check-in and breakfast was impressive. Lots of choices, and coffee was on point. the journey to the hotel was frustrating. Poor signage at terminals led to confusion. It took far too long to find my way. The lift system requires a technique—tired travelers shouldn’t have to navigate that. a microwave or pre-prepared meal options would be beneficial. A solid experience, but there's room for improvement.

I found this hotel incredibly convenient, as it's just a few steps from Terminal 3, allowing for a seamless transition between the hotel and the airport without dealing with traffic or busy roads. I was able to leisurely stroll around the nearby Cranford Country Park and Bedfont Lake, each within a few kilometers, perfect for a relaxing walk before my flight. The spacious and clean room offered a comfy bed and useful amenities like a fridge and a large TV, which made my stay enjoyable. the check-in staff could be more attentive, as I faced an issue with my wake-up call.

The bed was extremely comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Noise levels were surprisingly low, a welcome surprise given the hotel’s proximity to the airport. the HVAC system was challenging—rooms felt either too hot or too cold, and there were odd plumbing noises when not in use. The mini bar was empty, lacking essentials like bottled water. The shower fixtures didn’t function properly, which was frustrating. while the room was clean and modern, it had a few functional shortcomings that affected the stay.

So, the location of this place is pretty spot on, just a short walk from terminal 2, which was super convenient for my business trip. The staff were really helpful when it came to checking out and finding my way back to the airport. I gotta say, the fish and chips I ordered were surprisingly delicious!

The whole setting felt a bit meh, with confusing drop-offs at two hotels with the same name nearby. The room lacked some basics like a note pad and USB plugs.

Omg, i ❤️ how close it is to terminal 3, just a 😊 walk to terminal 2! breakfast was a 😍 value. Room had good facilities but needed more chair. Staff was super 👍, but room air wasn't fresh. 🙁
