As old people, we appreciated the adjustable beds and the kind staff. Ice machines were being serviced, but the restaurant provided ice for us. Great view, spacious room, and convenient onsite amenities.

Great location with stunning river views. Room was clean and tidy. Only minor issue was the loose outlets, but this didn't impact our stay. Overall I'd recommend this hotel.

Being right in the heart of the historic district, we had easy access to all the restaurants and shops nearby; and enjoyed a lovely view of the quiet park next to the water. In addition to the convenient location, we were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent housekeeping service. The facilities were perfect for our needs and the staff were always helpful and attentive. We were also pleased with the delicious breakfast selection available each morning in the Bistro.

We did experience some noise from the pool area which detracted from our overall enjoyment of our stay.

We got great value for our money with a spacious king bedroom that had a nice view of the river from our balcony. The location of the hotel was perfect, with many good restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Great water view from the balcony rooms and clean surroundings. The staff was one of the friendliest I've encountered. The small bistro in the lobby offers Starbucks coffee and a very good breakfast menu with excellent service. It was also a great place to relax in the evening with an excellent cocktail. The hotel has a good fitness center with an excellent treadmill and free weights. The location is near the convention center and walking distance to all downtown attractions.

The first room had an unusable balcony due to a mosquito infestation in the alcoves. I also spotted two cockroaches in the room.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the location right on the river. The balcony in the rooms allows for beautiful views of the water, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Plus, breakfast is included at a nearby Waffle House or Denny's, which is a convenient and delicious start to the day.

I had an amazing stay at the Courtyard in New Bern. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction.
