We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We were visiting Carowinds amusement park, and the location of the hotel was perfect as it was on the outskirts of Charlotte. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was very enjoyable. We were extremely pleased with our overall experience.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. the curtains were great at blocking out the daylight, allowing for a good night's sleep. the location was fantastic, right off the interstate and close to shopping malls and restaurants. It was also easy to access from the airport, making it convenient for travelers.

There were a few minor issues during my stay. the TV could have been a bit bigger, and I personally didn't care for the connecting door attachment.

She always greeted us with a warm smile, checked in on us regularly, and offered assistance whenever needed. The spacious room easily accommodated our group of six, with two king-size beds and a sofa bed. The complimentary breakfast had a great variety of options to choose from, and the check-out process was simple and hassle-free. it was a wonderful experience and we would definitely book again.
