The basic amenities in the rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable, and convenient, ensuring a pleasant stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel couldn't be beaten, with everything we needed just minutes away.

The customer service at Courtyard Richmond Northwest was exceptional. The front desk staff, especially Bryan, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The Bistro was a great place to hang out, with friendly bartenders like Amber and Annie who provided great conversation and delicious drinks. Housekeeping kept the rooms and common areas clean, and the beds were comfortable. We can't wait to see the renovations next year!

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable rooms and good shower offered at the hotel. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and a Starbucks. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service.

I found that there were not enough washcloths in the bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. It would have been better to have more available for guests.
