During my stay, I was truly impressed by the complimentary breakfast spread—especially the make-your-own pancake machine and those warm cinnamon rolls. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.

However, I did notice some issues with the remote control for the TV, which was cumbersome to navigate. Also, the room felt a bit chilly at night, and while extra blankets were available upon request, it would have been nice to have an extra in the room initially.

absolutley shocked by my stay here. the pool was gross, full of dead bugs, and the staff just laughed when we asked for help. on top of that, housekeeping barely did anything during my three nights there. i was half-expecting a complimentary drink or at least some kind of upgrade, but i guess that’s too much to ask.

It was just a great match for shopping in Fort Mill with exceptional value. The pool area was nice and well-maintained, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Arrive for breakfast on the earlier side to enjoy the full spread before they start shutting things down.

the heated pool was amazing for morning swims. rooms had some stains on linens.

I stayed here recently and loved the clean standard queen room with comfy beds and great bathroom supplies. However, the check-in process was a mess with errors and delays. Overall, I'd think twice about coming back.
