I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Courtyard. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions and dining options in downtown Indy. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I especially appreciated when they moved my luggage to a room with a larger bed. The frittatas served at breakfast were delicious, and I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere of the hotel. The newly remodeled property was beautiful, and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Indianapolis.

The stay was welcoming, and the gentlemen at the front counter were friendly. The rooms were clean and organized with updated fixtures to charge electronics. The pool was enjoyable, with a towel on every chair, and the staff taking care of the pool was friendly. The hotel is conveniently located close to the downtown action, within walking distance to practically everything, including the Indi-Mini events.

The air conditioning system was extremely disappointing, offering minimal cooling even in the hallways. the request for foam pillows due to a feather allergy was not fulfilled, despite multiple reminders and a long wait.
