I had an amazing stay with fantastic service from the staff who were incredibly helpful! The indoor pool was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing evening. Plus, the room had great amenities like a fridge and microwave, making it feel like home.

Unfortunately, my stay was marked by several disappointments. First, there was no hot water on the first day, and the expectation of a complimentary breakfast turned out to be misleading when I was informed it was no longer available at no cost. Additionally, the price I was quoted online didn't match what I was charged, adding to my frustrations during my visit.

This place suits me perfectly with great internet access, free parking, and a fitness center. I'll never forget when the staff helped return my forgotten earbuds. I highly recommend enjoying a drink at the bar lounge. I'm coming back for a city trip!

However, the layout of the room was far from ideal. the thermostat only blasted heat, leaving me sweating it out. Additionally, the couch was a pull-out twin that wasn’t really comfortable for lounging, making it cramped when trying to accommodate more than two people. The nearby coffee dispensers next to the pool also created an odd smell while navigating the hallways. On top of that, one night’s sleep was interrupted by the loud heater and noise from other rooms, making it tough to get a good rest.

I had a fantastic time with my friends! We visited a local park and enjoyed some eateries nearby. The staff was super nice, and I loved the cleanliness of the room. The morning coffee and snacks were great, and the happy hour from 5-7 was a bonus! I recommend checking for room temperature upon arrival to avoid any discomfort.

The only downside was that they didn’t honor the AAA discount because the hotel was fully booked, which I found a bit frustrating.
