Great location near attractions. Breakfast quality needs improvement.

Went for a quick business trip, but ended up relaxing by the pool instead—all that hustle, and a colleague calls to go hit the gym! Not a big fan, but hey, got some nice views from the terrace. The breakfast bar was basic, but cheers to free omelettes! Had a brain freeze trying to pronounce "Coca-Cola" fast— Wife loved the nearby cultural spots. Thought about a ski trip instead of work—wishful thinking, right?

Amazing and Memorable Stay with Magnificent Views

My recent stay at this hotel was truly remarkable, thanks to the breathtaking views of the Mercedes-Benz stadium and the Aquarium visible from my room on the 6th floor. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even more enjoyable. the only downside was the inconsistencies in the breakfast offerings, which could use a slight improvement.

I chose this hotel for a business forum as it provides 3 meeting rooms, complimentary wired Internet access, and a 24-hour business center, perfect for business and leisure travelers. The amenities, including a snack bar/deli and valet parking, were convenient for my stay.

The only service missing for my work was a lack of express check-out, which would have been beneficial for my busy schedule.

The "integrated breakfast/bar island" was an unexpected delight. I felt like a master chef creating my own omelette with all the fixings. It was like a fun cooking show right in the lobby! The variety of ingredients made it a morning masterpiece.

I LOVED the fantastic free breakfast with omelet station and fresh waffles! Even better in person than in photos. Would definitely stay again!

Rooms are spacious and clean with a kitchenette. The shower is large and the restroom has bright lights. Separate living room and TV with good channels. Friendly staff and a great bartender.

The H BAR was a delightful combination of breakfast and bar, serving mouthwatering omelettes in the morning. The hotel's location near Centennial Park was perfect for exploring Atlanta's attractions.

Who needs clean walls, floors, and a functioning TV when you can have an unexpected fire evacuation with no staff guidance? So exciting!

hyatt house atlanta downtown has truly exceeded my expectations during this trip. having stayed at other hotels in atlanta before, i was pleasantly surprised by the modern and tasteful design of the room. the staff was incredibly friendly and the location, right across from the aquarium, couldn't have been better.

Elevator had frequent problems.

The location of the hotel was great, with many downtown attractions within walking distance. the hotel provided ample seating for breakfast, which was a plus. the valet guys and gal were friendly and provided excellent service.

The bathroom in our room had issues, such as missing molding on the door. the customer service from some staff members was lacking, particularly one individual named Brandon.

I recently stayed at Hyatt House for a weekend getaway. The location was perfect, within walking distance to major attractions like the Georgia Aquarium and SkyView. The valet team was incredibly hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities, including the small but well-equipped gym, were exactly what we needed. Our King Studio room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities, including a fantastic shower and a convenient kitchenette. we had a great experience and would definitely stay at Hyatt House again!

The outdoor pool and fire place added a sense of tranquility to my stay, while the fitness center contributed to my commitment to a healthy lifestyle. These amenities truly enhanced my overall experience at Hyatt House, ensuring a perfect balance of work and leisure.

The price was too high.

This hotel is centrally located in a prime area, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions on foot. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a lovely kitchen overlooking the downtown area. The staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Additionally, the included breakfast had a wide variety of fresh options, including a made-to-order omelet station.
