We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of all the exciting places in Miami. Everything we wanted to experience was just a stone's throw away. The hotel is situated right on Biscayne Bay, providing stunning views from our balcony. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service was top-notch, from the check-in counter to the dining room to housekeeping. our experience here exceeded our expectations.

Stayed here with my three teenage children on a short trip to Key West. Excellent location for football games, Everglade tours, and Miami Beach. Bay-view rooms with great views, good beds, and an excellent bathroom. Friendly staff, convenient self-parking, and enjoyed good coffee at the in-house Illy bar. Connected to the Grand with several restaurants, stores, and a smoke shop.

I had the best experience at this place! The location is perfect, with great views of the Bay. The staff is courteous and helpful, from the reception to the restaurant. The rooms are clean and neat, with all the amenities you could need, like an ironing facility, a refrigerator, and a flat-screen TV. The swimming pool is a great place to relax, and the beach access adds an extra touch of luxury. I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience here. Bravo to the team at this venue!

Great view, nice room, and excellent housekeeping. Convenient bus stop nearby for easy access to Miami Beach. Friendly staff, valet service was worth the price. Connected to the Grand hotel with various amenities. Tasty, cleanly served food with late kitchen hours for convenience.

Wonderful waterfront location, friendly staff, lovely pool area with a great pool-side bar. Great for work conference. Boat trip around the bay is a must-do!
