We stayed at a hotel which was situated near a plaza with a variety of Chinese restaurants, providing us with many options for meals. Location-wise, it was convenient, as it was near everything we needed. The hotel was in the downtown core, which made getting around very easy. The staff provided great service, and the room was clean upon arrival.

Breakfast was not included and seemed overpriced, similar to other branded hotels.

The hotel appeared unaffected by the downswing in the economy and was well-maintained. We were able to cancel one of our rooms last minute without any issues. The location is great, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff, especially Jacob, was patient and provided excellent service during our family event. Despite a few issues with the hot water and some electrical plugs not working, the overall experience was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious, and had comfortable bedding. Being a Marriott gold bonvoy member, we were upgraded to a suite with a courtyard view, which was a nice surprise. The personalized attention from the hotel, including a welcome note for my earlier birthday stay, made us feel valued as guests. The hotel is conveniently located close to the freeway and restaurants. The upfront disclosure about the parking fees was appreciated, as it allowed us to plan accordingly.

The receptionist was really unhelpful and even rude when we asked for directions to nearby attractions. The rooms were really small and cramped with no space for a family of four.
