absolutely awful stay. then, i was issued the wrong room at check-in and had to move after unpacking, how degrading! can you believe they wouldn't even upgrade me or offer any compensation? almost thought about giving a good review, but just couldn't, waste of time.

A malfunctioning fire alarm during the night caused a lot of distress. it kept the kids up for hours and ruined our travel plans. Although the staff was friendly, the management's lack of accountability for the incident was disappointing. The overall amenities were decent, but the night was marred by the noise and chaos caused by the alarm. It's unfortunate that a night meant for rest turned into a stressful situation, overshadowing any positives.
