This hotel perfectly suits my needs with amenities like free Wi-Fi, a bar/lounge area, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I fondly remember how the staff helped with my bags on my first stay. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing weekend escape.

Great location near Medieval Times entertainment!

I faced significant issues during my stay. The shower in my room was completely malfunctioning, and when I reported it, the only solution offered was for maintenance to check it no sooner than 8 PM. Additionally, the breakfast options were incredibly limited, which was disappointing. Even though the bed was comfortable, overall, this stay did not meet my expectations.

Had a king room, super clean with comfy amenities like a flat-screen TV, modern air conditioning, and even a coffee machine. The bathroom was nice with free toiletries and a good shower. Key card access was smooth. Loved the friendly vibe of the staff and the area felt safe. The spa facilities were decent too!

the bistro is an absoluteley ridiculous excuse for dining, limited choices and no coffee in the morning. not to mention, they no longer have suites with pull-out couches. disapointing. i thought as a special guest, i woudl ve been upgraded or given some kind of compensation, but i guess that's too much to ask here. almost a good review, but just couldn’t.

but the noisy ac unit made my night a bit rough. the internet was surprisingly fast, which was great for work. plus, the staff was really friendly and the room itself was clean. loved the covered parking garage too.

Check if the front desk can provide you with a cot instead of a sofa bed. it may save you some hassle if you have kids.
