I appreciate how close this hotel is to the airport, making my travel easy. The room was clean and updated, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. I loved that I had access to a small balcony overlooking the pool area, perfect for enjoying some fresh air.

The shuttle service wasn't available during my stay, which caused some inconvenience.

I was really disappointed to find out that the shuttle service was not working during my stay. When I called to confirm the pickup, the staff informed me it had been broken for a while, forcing me to pay $30 for a taxi. Additionally, I expected some more affordable breakfast options, as I find that many hotels provide complimentary breakfast, and this was not the case here.

The brekkie was a highlight—lekker food served fresh in a nice lobby area. Monique at the bistro went out of her way to welcome everyone, making the start of our day so much better. Plus, the two queens in the room were perfect for us.

I encountered significant issues with the staff’s knowledge and services. During check-in, I was informed that the airport shuttle had to be scheduled in advance, which I had not been told prior, leading us to pay $30 for a taxi. Additionally, breakfast options were limited and overpriced, as I expected some complimentary options at a hotel of this caliber.

I arrived with my family for a short vacation. The room was clean, and I appreciated having a fridge for our snacks. We relaxed by the pool and enjoyed the friendly patrons. The whole atmosphere was welcoming. One downside was the shuttle service. I learned it wasn't available, and we took a taxi to the hotel. Overall, it was a good stay that made my trip pleasant.

the hotel staff were super friendly and really helped us out when i lost my sunglasses. check-in was a breeze, and there’s a shuttle that takes you to the airport which is so convenient. room was clean and comfy, and the location was great for my quick trip. loved the pillows too, they were really nice. overall, a good spot to crash before a flight.

however, the sheets were a bit rough and not as soft as i’d hoped. also, i wish there was a small gift shop or convenience store nearby for snacks.
