The rooms at Ocean Coral Spring Resort were like a dream – modern and comfy, with a flat-screen TV for lazy evenings – perfect for a chill backpacker like me.

Some may find the rooms too modern for their taste.

The property itself is stunning, with modern amenities and plenty of activities to keep guests entertained. I absolutely loved the bowling alley and the kiddies' water park, which provided hours of fun for everyone. Additionally, the location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to pools and the beach.

The customer service at this hotel was severely lacking. the front desk staff were rude and unaccommodating, with one particular staff member being dismissive and insensitive to our concerns.

The resort is in a stunning location with breathtaking views. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The water park and pools are fantastic for the kids. The staff are friendly and attentive. The amenities and entertainment options are top-notch.

The property was absolutely amazing, with lots of things to do. the hot tub and beach were both incredible, providing a great experience. the food at the hotel was delicious, and the entertainment, especially the violin/flute player, was fantastic.

There were a few negative aspects to my stay. the staff at the hotel were in need of training and appeared to be understaffed, which affected the overall customer service.

The atmosphere at Ocean Coral Spring was absolutely delightful. From the friendly and kind staff to the comfortable beds, our stay was truly enjoyable. The bartenders made fantastic drinks and the night club had a great selection of music. The breakfast at the international buffet restaurant was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious food options, including a Jamaican corner. We were entertained by the workers singing an old folk song while serving coffee. The Lazy River was a highlight, and the beach with hammocks in the ocean was a unique experience. we had a great time!

Although our stay was mostly wonderful, there were a couple of drawbacks. there were some issues with our room, including a broken lock and a leaky roof.

The staff were helpful, especially Kemar. Many restaurants and facilities available. Night shows were entertaining and the bowling alley was a plus. Unique, the guest host, made us feel welcomed and even had dinner with us. Beach and pool were relaxing with hammocks. The bartender Jason was the best. Sugar cane restaurant had great decor and food. The lazy river was a highlight. Clean rooms and friendly environment.

The room was comfortable with a super comfy bed. The open restaurants had really good food. The hotel had a central setup, making everything easy to find. The bowling alley and lazy river were great facilities. The staff, especially Travor the bell man, provided excellent service. The property is well maintained with nice views.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was exceptional, from the rooms to the common areas. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a variety of activities to choose from, including a bowling alley, cinema, and water sports. The location provided beautiful views and a calming atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay 10 times more enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of options to choose from.

The water slides, lazy river, and bowling alley provided fun activities for all. The food at Sakura and Route 66 was delicious, especially at Route 66 which was top-notch. Breakfast at Martha's Market was the highlight, offering a wide variety of tasty options.

The resort's modern and new facilities provide entertainment for all guests, including a fun hibachi restaurant, bowling alley, and lazy river. The beach is warm and the water is beautifully blue. Two different breakfast locations and a diverse food schedule offer convenience and variety.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The attention to detail was impressive, especially with the amenities in the rooms – the hot tub on my balcony was a brilliant touch. Worst aspects of this hotel were the lack of maintenance in certain areas and some issues with staff. There were some areas of the property that were in need of repairs, such as broken door handles and malfunctioning safes.
