We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was beautiful, with a lot of stray cats near the pool and out front. We loved being able to walk to numerous restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, several clothing shops, and a pleasant walking trail. The service was fantastic, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, shops/commercial services. Our room was great, with amenities like ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar. The dining options were also excellent, with a restaurant, in-room breakfast, a bar/lounge area, a snack bar, and special diet menus. The staff were always very polite and extremely friendly, and they anticipated many of our needs. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The cats at the valet were so adorable, I wanted to take them home! We also received two nice complements during our stay, which we appreciated. The location was perfect, close to lots of great restaurants and plenty of parking spaces to choose from.

The noise level made it impossible to sleep, despite requesting a quiet room. When I tried to extend my stay, the front desk manager wasn't helpful and made me feel like I was second-class.

We had a lovely time in Florida, enjoying the warm air and proximity to fantastic restaurants. Our location was excellent, with plenty of options just a short walk away. Our room and bathroom were spacious and well-maintained. The service was friendly, and breakfast arrived on time. We especially liked the fitness center and pool.

The karaoke night at the nearby casino was too loud and lasted late into the night.
