We recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge for a fun-filled family getaway. Our main purpose was to entertain our kids, and we weren't disappointed. The water park exceeded our expectations, with clean facilities and quick-moving lines for the slides. The lodge itself was stunning, with every detail carefully thought out like a Disney resort. The staff were exceptional, from the friendly front desk to Joel in the water park who went above and beyond when my daughter got hurt. The grand lobby and fantastic holiday decorations were the icing on the cake. we were blown away by the whole experience.

De huisjes waren prachtig ontworpen en de omgeving gaf me het gevoel alsof ik midden in de natuur van Scandinavië was. Het personeel was attent en vriendelijk en de faciliteiten van het hotel, zoals de stoere buitensauna en de lobby met mooie boeken en spelletjes, waren geweldig. Het restaurant bood een uitgebreid menu met veel vegetarische opties en heerlijke wijnen. Gelukkig was de locatie ideaal, dicht bij de natuur en op een kleine afstand van het centrum van de stad.

We had a great one-night stay with 3 boys, ages 9, 13, and 15. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The water park and slides were fun for the kids. There were plenty of activities on the property, such as mini golf and bowling. The hallways had interactive games for the kids. We enjoyed staying busy from morning until bedtime. We didn't need to leave the hotel for anything, as there were restaurants, a Starbucks, ice cream, and an arcade on-site.

The location of the hotel was great, with beautiful weather during our stay. the outdoor pool was kept open longer just for our group, allowing us to make the most of the warm days. the water park had hardly any lines and everything was working perfectly. the arcade was a hit with the kids, although it can get pricey. the variety of activities offered, such as the ropes course, mini golf, and bowling, ensured that there was something for everyone to enjoy.

The customer service was lacking, as we had to speak to multiple people before getting a clear answer to our questions. the condition of the restrooms and changing areas was disappointing, with floors that were not properly maintained.

Good selection of food at the buffet. Waterpark is one of the best. Rooms are newly remodeled and nice. Staff is helpful and courteous. Shopping options and extras like glow bowling and glow mini golf available.

As a satisfied guest, my family and I recently stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and had an amazing time. Our purpose was a fun-filled family trip, and we stayed for a few days. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the large parking lot and friendly staff. The on-site Starbucks was a great bonus, and the indoor water rides and pools provided endless entertainment for the kids. The spacious rooms and delicious food made our stay even better. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the presence of numerous lifeguards gave us peace of mind. We highly recommend this resort for an unforgettable family getaway.

Although there were a few minor inconveniences like a slightly dirty toilet and some noise from outside, overall I would recommend this hotel for a fun family vacation.

Staff is great! Lots of activities for kids. Food is good if you arrive early. Going back in August after enjoying July trip!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and there was so much for the kids to do. They loved the Magi Quest and had a blast exploring the resort on their own. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the lines for the slides were short. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. We also enjoyed the variety of food and shopping options, as well as extras like glow bowling and glow mini golf. Despite the prices being a bit high, they were comparable to what we're used to in NYC.
