The staff at breakfast are friendly and attentive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The room was tastefully decorated with nice little touches like turned-down bedlinen, chocolates, and water, creating a classy ambiance.

My recent stay at The Shelbourne was absolutely delightful! I was celebrating my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to make it special. Lulu, the receptionist, was so helpful and apologetic when my birthday treat didn't arrive on time. The bar waiter, who studied in Galway and is completing a Masters in Trinity, was incredibly mannerly and informative. The breakfast in our private booth-style table was amazing, and the Swiss waitress was very attentive. Every member of staff, from the concierges to the floor staff, made our stay a pleasurable one. I also loved the hotel's signature air freshener - the aroma was incredible!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the center of things and close to the Grafton St area. We loved that it was right across from St Stephens Green park, which provided a beautiful view. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, meeting all our expectations. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. The breakfast served in our room was delightful, adding a touch of luxury to our stay.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with a standard cafe or bistro just a stone's throw away. You can easily walk to all the attractions you want to visit and enjoy the view of the beautiful park right in front of the hotel. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, with a bathroom that is well-maintained. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, ensuring that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast served in the restaurant is delicious and satisfying. Furthermore, the hotel offers great facilities such as a residents bar and restaurants to cater to different appetites.

The check-in area could use some improvement as it gives a poor impression due to its makeshift setting.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The staff, from Greg and his team at the front door to the friendly and professional staff throughout, were fantastic. They greeted me with a smile and were always there to help. The attention to detail in the room was superb, with nice little touches like bedlinen turned down, chocolates, and water. The hotel had a great buzz both day and night, and the history of the hotel, including the display of famous people who stayed there, was fascinating. Additionally, the food was fabulous, especially the set St. Valentines Menu.

All was perfect. There were a few shin bangs throughout the stay, but it was just a busy time of year.

The value for money was excellent, and our room was really comfortable with a great balcony. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us fantastically.

We had an unforgettable experience at the beautiful Shelbourne Hotel. The central location allowed us to explore the city on foot. Indulging in a Champagne afternoon tea upon arrival was a delightful treat. The pool and sauna provided much-needed relaxation before a delicious dinner. The convenience of enjoying a mini manicure on-site was heaven. The hotel's stunning surroundings made our weekend truly exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel for a lovely and relaxing getaway.

As a loyal Autograph Collection member, we expected more from the price. the room had a strange layout, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. the location was the highlight of our stay, and the hotel's Christmas decorations added to the ambience. We enjoyed a delicious New Year's Eve dinner and the staff provided exceptional service, especially Barbara Casanova, who resolved our wifi issue and offered complimentary compensation. the restaurants and bars had friendly staff, cozy atmospheres, and delicious food and drinks. the concierge went above and beyond to make sure we had transportation during the Dublin marathon. the pool and health facilities were well-maintained. it was a pleasant stay.
