The room was comfortable and nicely renovated, with a circular sofa and tablet table that we really enjoyed. The location was ideal, right off the interstate and close to many restaurants and shops. The gentleman who helped us check-in was friendly and made us feel welcome. The free WiFi was a nice bonus. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I recently stayed at Courtyard for a quick getaway to Bush Gardens/Water Country. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and a mall nearby. It only took us 20 minutes to reach Busch Gardens and around 35 minutes to get to VA Beach. The staff was incredibly friendly and the rooms were clean and comfy. What stood out the most was how quiet it was, both during the night and day. Plus, the check-out time at 12 gave us that extra time to gather our things. I had a great experience and would definitely return.

The pool was well-stocked with fresh towels and the terrace was cozy. The location was great, with restaurants nearby and easy access to the highway. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the hot tub was perfect. The hotel was also quiet, day and night, allowing for a peaceful stay. Check-out time at 12 provided ample time for getting everything together.

I also had a seamless checkout experience thanks to the courteous front desk manager. The housekeeping staff, especially the older gentleman, was fantastic and always went above and beyond to ensure my room was clean and tidy. The location was convenient, being right across the street from Patrick Henry Mall, and I found it to be a great place for rest and relaxation during my stay in this city.

The shower panels in the room leaked water onto the floor, creating a safety hazard. When reported to the front desk, it seemed like this issue had been previously raised by other guests, but no action had been taken to resolve it.

The lobby was filled with people, but the Marriott app made check-in fast. Our room was clean, bright, and attractive. My favorite part was the circular sofa and tablet table! Marriott Courtyard in Newport News is definitely worth visiting.

That breakfast was only included for one person, but overall I'll recommend this hotel.
