We loved the unexpected view of the mountains/horizon during breakfast on the outside patio. The BetterSleep app was a great addition to help us relax, even using it at home now. The staff was polite and accommodating. The rooms were clean, updated, and had comfortable beds with plenty of pillows. The shower had good water pressure and the overall cleanliness of the facility was impressive. Parking was easy and the location was convenient. The daily breakfast was hot and fresh with a range of options for adults and children.

We felt so well taken care of that we have no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was exceptional. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. Parking was easy, and the location was beautiful in the Smoky Mts.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn for a few nights and I was blown away by their hospitality. Even during a tough time for me, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast spread had fresh fruit that I enjoyed, and the shower was amazing. I also loved the purple glow in the hotel, it added a unique touch. The location was perfect as there were plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. I even had a late-night visit from my sister with Wendy's, and the staff had no issue with her staying for 30 minutes. The snack machines were convenient as they accepted card payments. the quality far exceeded the cost and I would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed at Sleep Inn in Asheville for a few nights. The hotel was very clean and nicely renovated with modern furnishings. The front staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room had plenty of storage and seating, along with a comfortable bed and fluffy pillows. The towels were of good quality and the water pressure in the shower was great. The overall atmosphere was fresh and welcoming, and the hotel offered extra outlets by the bed for charging devices.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel around 9:30 in the morning and were pleased to find that it was conveniently located right off the expressway. The staff, especially Skylar, was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with a plush king-sized bed and a spacious walk-in shower. The hotel also had amenities like an in-room fridge and microwave. The breakfast offered a full hot option, perfect to start the day.

Some neighboring hotels had noisy neighbors slamming doors all night.
