During my recent short stop in the city, I decided to stay in a hotel close to the downtown core, allowing me easy access to all the attractions. The location of this hotel was perfect, providing convenience and an exciting atmosphere. The room I stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with a luxurious bathroom that had both a shower and a tub. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a memorable and comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a variety of delicious options, and the view from the hotel was stunning. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a well-equipped fitness center and butler service, adding to the overall experience.

One negative aspect of my stay was that the hotel restaurant was closed during my visit, limiting dining options within the hotel itself.

The staff went above and beyond to assist us and their knowledge of local restaurants and shopping was impressive. They even arranged a table at a fantastic Japanese restaurant with a view of the Golden Gate Bridge. The St. Regis truly exceeded our expectations and made our stay in San Francisco unforgettable.

This affected our overall satisfaction with the hotel and made our stay less enjoyable than we had hoped.

Modern interior, nice Museum nearby, ideal bar for social events, pretty and clean rooms, good for business or travel purposes, sufficient amenities, friendly and genuine staff, impressive housekeeping.

Had a great experience staying here for the New Year’s celebration. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. A great thing about it was the complementary Champagne on arrival and complementary breakfast. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk from many popular attractions. The rooftop pool was amazing! The view is great and it was so relaxing lounging there.

That the gym was under renovations during our stay and it was not advertised on the website. Also, we were a bit disappointed with the size of the room. It was a bit smaller than we expected, which made it hard for us to move around comfortably.
