I absolutely loved the quiet and calm ambiance of this hotel. It was a refreshing escape from the busy strip. The basic room itself was absolutely incredible, with a huge bathroom, large shower, separate tub, nice towels/linens. The staff, especially the bellman at the front door, were extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast in bed was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for a family trip and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide a five-star level of service. Our room was spacious, modern, and kept impeccably clean by the housekeeping staff. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, which was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was ideal for attending shows at Dolby Theater and the poolside service was exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

There were some areas that could be improved. The room service was quite slow, taking nearly two hours for delivery.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it's close to everything on the Strip but without the craziness and noise of the casino hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and beautiful views of the city. The service provided by the staff, especially the room service team, is excellent. And the best part is that we were entitled to a delicious continental breakfast in the restaurant every morning.

The service at this hotel was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and casinos. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's car service, which made getting around the area hassle-free.

The views from the hotel were not great, due to the orientation and the fact that the highest floors are condos. Additionally, the check-in process was not smooth, as my room was not ready at the designated time and there was no prior communication about the delay.

Best stay ever! The staff made our Easter unforgettable with nice surprises when they saw me and my kids. The food was delicious, with hot breakfast and a wonderful selection of chocolates. The location was perfect with beautiful views, and the pool area was great for relaxing and having fun with the family.
