I absolutely loved the quiet and calm ambiance of this hotel. It was a refreshing escape from the busy strip. The basic room itself was absolutely incredible, with a huge bathroom, large shower, separate tub, nice towels/linens. The staff, especially the bellman at the front door, were extremely helpful. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast in bed was delicious.

I recently stayed at the Waldorf Astoria for a family trip and it was absolutely perfect. The hotel staff went above and beyond to provide a five-star level of service. Our room was spacious, modern, and kept impeccably clean by the housekeeping staff. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere, which was a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. The location was ideal for attending shows at Dolby Theater and the poolside service was exceptional. I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

The hotel's location was ideal, just steps away from the main attractions. The staff were attentive and friendly, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Bonus points for the quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

There were some areas that could be improved. The room service was quite slow, taking nearly two hours for delivery.

The location of this hotel is perfect, it's close to everything on the Strip but without the craziness and noise of the casino hotels. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large bathrooms and beautiful views of the city. The service provided by the staff, especially the room service team, is excellent. And the best part is that we were entitled to a delicious continental breakfast in the restaurant every morning.

That we experienced a slight delay in getting our room ready upon check-in.

Everything is what we need and want.

The service at this hotel was excellent, with attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome throughout my stay. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and casinos. I particularly enjoyed the hotel's car service, which made getting around the area hassle-free.

There were a few aspects of my stay that were disappointing. the views from the hotel were not great, due to the orientation and the fact that the highest floors are condos.

Best stay ever! the staff made our Easter unforgettable with nice surprises when they saw me and my kids. the food was delicious, with hot breakfast and a wonderful selection of chocolates. the location was perfect with beautiful views, and the pool area was great for relaxing and having fun with the family.

Worst part was the light switches in the room that were a little confusing.

The room we stayed in was incredible , it was modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. the bathroom was luxurious with exclusive amenities that fulfilled our every need. the view from our room was breathtaking, and the staff was always quick to attend to our needs. We made use of the Spa & wellness centre, and it was a wonderful experience. the available treatments were top, notch and the Spa lounge was relaxing. the location advantages of this venue just can't be beaten, as it was close to everything we wanted to see and do.
