The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions, especially the on-premise restaurants. The location was perfect, not in the middle of the chaos but close enough to everything. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and there were outlets for shopping nearby as well. The staff was exceptionally professional and attentive, providing excellent customer service.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the rooms were spacious and well, equipped. I loved the separate living area with a sofa, coffee table, and flat, screen TV. the double sink vanity area with a microwave, coffee maker, and small fridge was a great convenience. the tiled shower with both a regular shower head and a rain head was a nice touch. the hotel also had a lounge area that served delicious burgers and wings.

One thing that bothered me was that we were not informed that our room was pet, friendly and had previously been occupied by pets. This caused a problem for my family, as my children have asthma and are highly reactive to dander.

The villas were beautiful, clean, and spacious. The hotel had modern amenities, including two pools, a fitness center, and a functioning sauna. The overall style and atmosphere of the hotel were appealing. The room had tasteful decor, comfortable beds, and stylish lights. It was convenient to have our room located next to the pool, especially when traveling with kids. The staff provided a pleasant surprise for my son's birthday with candy and a card.

The room in the pet wing was spacious and well, equipped, with a separate living area and bedroom. the set, up was similar to an Embassy Suites property, with a table, loveseat, and queen. the bedroom had two comfortable queen beds with premium bedding. the hotel had a great location and was close to various attractions in the area.

The outdoor pool area, although attractive, could get very crowded during the summer season. the limited options for children's TV channels was a minor inconvenience, especially for families with young kids.
