I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The front desk staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to assist us. I especially appreciated their help in getting my special needs daughter's WIFI working on her phone. They truly made her day and were so welcoming. The hotel itself was great - the location was convenient, the price was reasonable, and the rooms were comfortable. The indoor pool was a hit with our children, and the staff, particularly Aretha, was friendly and attentive. The hotel's cleanliness and facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was delicious. I had a fantastic experience.

The accessible rooms at Courtyard were really nice and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful design and amenities for wheelchair users. The staff was responsive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I had a great experience overall at this hotel. I would highly recommend this place.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the industrial area and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were reasonable and the staff were attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a sofa bed in my room. The hotel is located in a nice area, close to all attractions. Additionally, the breakfast included was delicious and a great way to start the day.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was no one at the front desk during check-out and there were no instructions on what to do with the keys. The TV channels, including Netflix and HBO, were not working properly and the staff seemed clueless about how to fix it.

As business guests, we were impressed with the helpful and pleasant staff. The room was cozy, clean, and perfectly located. The breakfast was delicious!

Loved the large and comfortable room, it was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring the city. The location was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. The friendly and polite staff made the stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located close to some of the best attractions in the area.

It would have been convenient to heat up leftovers or make a quick snack. Another downside was the bathroom layout, with the sink located outside of the actual bathroom.

During our stay at Courtyard, we were impressed by the comfortable and clean room we were provided. The facilities were well-maintained and we didn't experience any noise disturbances from other guests.

Although there were a few small inconveniences such as the elevator being out of service and the limited room amenities, they did not significantly impact our overall stay.

I also enjoyed the beautiful view from my balcony, which was very impressive.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The staff were amazing, especially Ms. Aretha who checked us in. She was so personable and made the whole process fun. They even made sure to give us a room away from the youth sports teams that were staying there. The location of the hotel was perfect, close to the highway and easy to find. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, which was convenient. The breakfast, although not included in the price, was excellent and the staff in the breakfast area were very kind and attentive. the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.
