The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable and spacious rooms. the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shops within walking distance. the amenities provided, such as the kitchenette with appliances and cutlery, were a great addition and made the stay more enjoyable.

The breakfast options were disappointing. the food was cold and seemed microwaved, and the selection was limited.

I loved the spacious king suite and the unique walk-through closet/bathroom feature. The first-floor windows added a nice touch, and the breakfast areas and facilities were always clean. The housekeeping staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and understanding. The hotel's location right off the Spanish Springs town square was incredibly convenient. Being in the middle of all the restaurants and grocery stores was perfect for my needs. It was great to have so many options for dining and entertainment just a short walk away.

I recently stayed at a hotel in The Villages and was pleasantly surprised by the convenient location. Just a short walk from the charming town square, I had easy access to a variety of amenities such as a movie theater, plays, restaurants, and shops. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast included in the room price was a nice touch.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of The Villages, with easy access to all the major attractions. Our room had everything we needed for a comfortable long stay, including a full kitchen which was a great convenience. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. We also found the prices to be very reasonable, offering great value for money. we were very satisfied with our experience at this hotel.

The location of Towneplace Suites in The Villages was perfect, being right in the middle of all the restaurants and grocery stores. It made it very convenient to explore the area and find everything we needed.

We had a fantastic stay at a great hotel in Lady Lake. The heated pool and large hot tub were perfect for relaxation. The room had all the amenities we needed and was spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend this hotel. a wonderful experience.

Great central location! Had a wonderful weekend. Breakfast was sufficient and the cookies were a lovely touch. Walking distance to several restaurants and shops. the staff was very friendly and welcoming. the room was clean and bright, and the bed was very comfortable.

There were a few things that could have been better. the air conditioning was a bit temperamental, and the closet/bathroom situation was a bit awkward.

Located near the Spanish Springs area, this hotel is perfect for those who want to experience the vibrant nightlife of central Florida. The rooms are well-equipped with everything you need, including a kitchenette and comfortable bedding. The staff is friendly and the breakfast is a great way to start your day. Plus, if you need to do laundry during your stay, there are laundry facilities available.

One thing to note is that the hotel could use some updates in terms of decor and facilities, especially in comparison to other Marriott properties.
