the bathroom mirror was broken. however, the staff was friendly and helpful. the bar service was great, and i loved the lounge area. the bed was super comfy, and the location was convenient!

The location is a hidden gem, super close to delicious dining spots! Making our stay enjoyable were the friendly staff, who delighted my son with a sweet birthday snack pack!

We encountered some noise disturbances from the hot tub and college students by the pool. The sofa was uncomfortable for seating, and the bathroom mirror was broken.

Inconsistent housekeeping service could really use attention!!! I found an empty condom wrapper in my room, and the A/C unit was unreliable. Not to mention the poor layout of the furniture made relaxing quite awkward!!!

The location was excellent, just off the 101 with plenty of dining options nearby. I appreciated the clean rooms and the fact that I could stream my favorite shows on the On Demand TV.

Housekeeping was noisy at times, especially during busy hours.

The king room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV with streaming services like Netflix, and a comfy bed. They offered a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The hot tub and outdoor pool were great. Fitness center had everything I needed for a workout. Clean and well-organized, just what we needed!

the staff went above and beyond to help us, even with late check-in. I wish the bathroom supplies were more generous, though.

The staff provided exceptional service, making the experience memorable, especially with Ed recognizing my Platinum Elite status and facilitating an upgrade to a suite. The guava jam at breakfast was a delightful surprise, complementing the otherwise tasty offerings. However, the lack of room cleaning during my stay was disappointing, along with the minimal towel hooks in the bathroom for two guests. Also, some noise disturbances late at night from nearby guests by the pool detracted from the overall comfort.

courtyard offers a warm atmosphere with friendly staff. the bistro provided various tasty options for meals, even though it was undergoing some remodeling. the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were inviting after long days out exploring nearby parks and the mall.

The bathroom was a decent size, but they could definitely provide larger soap and shampoo.
