Great location, helpful staff, and a beautiful hotel. Superb check-in experience. Limited parking, but nearby NH hotel garage is a convenient solution. We'll definitely be back when in this area.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of Ghent, making it convenient for sightseeing and exploring the historical center. The staff is known for being helpful and knowledgeable about the city, and the outdoor swimming pool is a unique feature. The bar area offers reasonably priced drinks, and the rooms have good-sized bathrooms with excellent showers. Secure parking is available, and there is a lovely courtyard to relax and enjoy a drink.

The limited parking at the hotel can be inconvenient, and there have been some complaints about the noise from squeaky doors, especially near the fire escape stairs.

We had a fantastic stay in this city centre hotel. The location was excellent, right by the Belfort and the Stadshal, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a sauna and a lovely bar and restaurant. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread was fantastic, and there was ample choice for everyone.

The location of this hotel is truly exquisite, right in the center of town. Within a couple of minutes walk, you can reach numerous activities such as canal boats, cathedrals, and superb restaurants. It's the perfect base for exploring Ghent.

During my Christmas stay in the city, the hotel offered complimentary Christmas treats and hot chocolate, which was a nice gesture. The location was also great, with all the Christmas markets and festivities within walking distance. the room was spacious and had a cozy feel to it, perfect for the holiday season.

The soundproofing in the room was poor, as we could hear the noise from the nearby construction site very clearly. , the wifi was quite weak and unreliable in our room, making it difficult to use our devices.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at Novotel. The central location made it easy to explore the city. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and our room was clean and spacious. The outdoor pool was a nice bonus, although it wasn't heated. We also enjoyed a delicious and affordable meal at the hotel restaurant. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a visit to Ghent.

We had a great stay at Novotel in Ghent! The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city. The staff, especially the reception staff, were very friendly and helpful. We were impressed with the excellent service and the delicious breakfast, especially the waffle machine. Our Superior Double Room was spacious and clean, perfect for two people. we couldn't have asked for more and we would definitely stay at Novotel again. We will also recommend it to our friends and family in England.
