The hotel is located in a lovely green area, surrounded by woods along the river. Transportation is convenient, with easy access to downtown Boston and the Mass Turnpike. The hotel facilities were great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Waltham and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. the location was fantastic, nestled in a quiet neighborhood next to the Charles River. I was able to take leisurely walks along the river, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Secondly, the staff at the hotel were attentive and efficient, making my check-in process a breeze. Lastly, the room itself was spacious and well-equipped, with a kitchen that had all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast, which was a great way to start my day.

All in all, my stay was absolutely fine and I couldn't find any fault with the hotel.

The location of this hotel was fantastic, right on the Charles River path. It was such a treat to have a full kitchen in the room, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. Additionally, the room was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of clean towels in the bathroom. the complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and we loved indulging in the delicious homemade cookies. the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Communication with the staff was a bit of a challenge, as phone messages often went unanswered for hours. This was especially frustrating when we needed some minor items, like an extra blanket or help with the TV.

Despite my initial hesitation, I found the hotel to be the perfect place to relax after a long day of travel. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and warm introduction to Waltham and Boston.

For the value, Crescent Suites exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed. The location was perfect, close to universities and a short drive to Boston. The staff went above and beyond with their friendly service and thoughtful gestures like freshly baked cookies and complimentary tea and coffee.

The only improvement I would suggest for breakfast is to have more options available. The food for breakfast could be more varied to cater to different tastes and preferences.

Conveniently located with ample free parking. Clean, spacious and well-appointed rooms with a large kitchen and a dishwasher. Helpful staff that provided a map and pointed out local attractions. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast with high-quality coffee/espresso/cappuccino machine. Beautiful walking trail behind the property.

As backpackers, we loved the spacious rooms and the deep bathtub. The kitchen was a nice addition, although we didn't have the chance to use it. The room had plenty of space for us, and the overall cleanliness was spot on. We also appreciated the helpful and accommodating staff, who provided us with useful information about the area.

We had a fantastic stay at a beautifully landscaped property by the river. The check-in process was contactless but there was a gentleman on site who provided us with a wealth of information about local restaurants and getting into the city. The rooms were contemporary, clean, and spacious with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor areas were delightful. The hotel also had a running/walking path right out the back door, which was a bonus. we had a wonderful experience and we will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends.

This hidden gem is a perfect location for business travelers. The hotel is easy to get to from the Chestnut Hill area. The Crescent Suites Hotel is close to the subway system and local to many restaurants on Moody Street. The rooms are spacious and nicely appointed, and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is tasty with a kitchen available for guests. Water pressure in the shower is excellent.

The entryway could be more visible and intimidating if arriving late at night without prior knowledge.

Had an enjoyable new year's stay. Loved the fruity welcome and robust breakfast selection that kept us fuelled for our whole exploration day. the quiet and scenic locale near a river with an on-site parking facility was excellent when driving. the amenities were top-notch and the suite was large and comfy.

Sadly, the hotel was a bit out of the way to satisfy our wandering spirit to all the new year's events, and we were forced to take a long taxi ride to the nearby landmarks, costing us more money we hadn't planned for.
