The hotel's location in a great neighborhood was one of the best things about my stay. Being in the heart of Soho meant that I was close to everything I love about this city, from the boutiques to the cafes and restaurants. Additionally, the cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding. The rooms were cosy and well appointed, with fluffy towels and prompt housekeeping. The hotel facilities were also impressive, with a great shower and spacious rooms. Lastly, the staff were exceptional, providing outstanding service at the reception, concierge, and porters.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I had a wonderful stay at a chic and fabulous boutique hotel in a great location. The European decor added an elegant touch to the overall ambiance. The rooms were quiet and the subway being just around the corner was very convenient for exploring the city quickly. Highly recommended! I would definitely recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

I recently stayed at The Crosby for the first time and it was an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was attentive and the high-end decor was well done. The room had a great view and the location was perfect. The food was delicious and the shower was top-notch. This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at in NYC and I will never stay anywhere else when I travel there.

The room and the view were amazing! the calm and quiet atmosphere made it a relaxing stay. the view from my window was outstanding, with a unique sight of a statue on top of a building nearby. I didn't even know that there was a statue like that in this city! the spaciousness of the room was also a pleasant surprise, especially considering how small most hotel rooms in this area are.

The breakfast at the hotel was just okay. I usually prefer to try local eateries for breakfast, but since it was my first morning there, I decided to give it a try.

Second Stay Just as Good as the First!

I recently had the pleasure of returning to Crosby Street for my second stay, and I must say it was just as amazing as the first time! The location in Soho is fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. I especially love the small bar for guests, it feels like being in someone's cozy living room. The service from all the employees was impeccable, and I was in awe of Kit Kemp's lovely designs throughout the hotel. The blow dry bar just a block away was a lifesaver for combating jet lag. I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
