The separate bedroom was perfect for our kids, and they had a blast at the pool and hot tubs. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming.

We had a fantastic family vacation at Palm Canyon. The water slides were a blast for the kids, and we loved the convenience of having a full bar and food service at the pool. The spacious room had everything we needed, including a private bedroom, living room, dining area, and full kitchen. The pool area had a great selection of inflatables and games for rent, and the bar had a wide variety of smoothies for the kids.

I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its excellent value for money. We were pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail and the cleanliness of our room. The fully equipped kitchen, including a blender and drip coffee maker, was a bonus. The location in the canyon provided breathtaking mountain views, especially from the rooms with a mountain view. Having breakfast included was a great convenience too.

The hotel could improve on the cleanliness of the pool bathroom.

Building 4 was a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The sofa bed in my room was incredibly comfortable, the best I've ever slept on. Although I didn't use it, having a full kitchen is always a nice convenience.

The check, out time is too early at 10 am, and we were even disturbed before that by someone opening our hotel room. Additionally, there were no closets or dressers in the second bedroom, and the bathroom lacked storage space.

Value for money was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-equipped with a kitchenette. The location was great, with plenty of parking available. The staff at Palm Canyon Resort were friendly and responsive to our needs.

The pool area was fantastic, with a huge and beautiful pool. It was a great place to relax and enjoy the sun. the location of the resort was perfect, close to several hiking trails which we really enjoyed. It was convenient to explore the surrounding area. the staff at the poolside bar, especially Carlos, were friendly and provided excellent service. the breakfast burrito and potatoes were delicious, and my husband loved his bloody Mary.

The rooms were slightly outdated, but it didn't bother us too much as everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. the housekeeping service during check, out was a hassle.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the spacious rooms and the fully equipped kitchen in our two-bedroom suite. The size of the rooms was perfect for our family, giving us plenty of space to relax and enjoy our holiday. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. It was a great advantage to have underground parking available, ensuring the safety and convenience of our vehicle throughout our stay.

There were several aspects of our experience that we found disappointing. the carpet in our room appeared to be stained and worn, which gave the impression of a lack of cleanliness.

Got some nice Christmas decoration and a cookie at check-in. Warm weather and heated pool were great for swimming. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants, and just a short drive to hiking spots. They also had a shuttle service to downtown.

Too noisy and crowded, especially around the pool area. People were partying and making noise late into the night and early morning, which kept us up.

This hotel put me in the perfect location, near all the main attractions but still far enough away to avoid the crowds and noise. The rooms were like cozy homes, with attention to detail and all the basic amenities I needed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.

Great location near a variety of restaurants and stores. Our room had a beautiful balcony with a great view. Despite some water and TV outages, the staff handled it well and the issue was resolved quickly. a pleasant stay.
