We had a wonderful two-week stay at a resort condo that was nicely equipped and comfortable. The central AC was a lifesaver during the July heatwave. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The unit and outside maintenance were both excellent. Although we couldn't use some amenities due to the weather, they were all well-maintained. We appreciated the drive tour of covered bridges, but having more local information would enhance guests' experience. The on-site restaurant was nice, especially with live entertainment on Friday nights.

However, there were a couple of positive aspects to our stay. the unit itself was well, stocked with everything we needed, including dish soap and even popcorn. the two fireplaces added a cozy touch, and having access to a private patio with a BBQ and hot tub was a nice bonus. the staff were friendly and attentive, and we appreciated their efforts to fix the nonfunctional hot tub and provide an alternative solution.

I must say, I was quite disappointed with my recent city break at this hotel. the lack of communication about our reservation was a major letdown.

We arrived late to find the parking lot covered in ice, but the staff were outside diligently salting and deicing. The guest services supervisor, Cheryl, was there to answer questions and ensure everyone's safety. When we returned to our room, we found a sweet surprise - a note from Cheryl with fresh towels and chocolates. The one-bedroom unit was perfect and well-equipped. We had a wonderful and memorable getaway. I highly recommend this resort.

Beautiful Setting, Friendly and Helpful Staff

We visited over Thanksgiving, so unfortunately, the outdoor pool and hot tub were not available. However, some units have hot tubs on their decks, which we will definitely ask for next time. The rooms were well maintained, and having a full kitchen made meal preparation easy. The staff at the resort were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The resort is situated in a beautiful setting, especially during the fall with the changing colors. The Toll Booth restaurant and bar on-site served great food and offered a stunning view. Although the resort is located in a more remote area, making the drive to reach a store or restaurant a bit tiring, it provides a peaceful and quiet atmosphere to relax and unwind. I would highly recommend this resort for a quiet and relaxing getaway.

The hotel's location at the Crotched Mountain golf course was perfect for our family, with picturesque trails for hiking just steps away. The rooms were very clean on arrival, and the basic amenities were well-maintained. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Additionally, the value for money was impressive, as the prices were comparable to an average hotel room with the added bonus of a suite with a full kitchen and a washer dryer.

Soundproofing could be improved to minimize noise from other units.

We recently stayed at Crotched Mountain Resort for a family vacation. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. Patrick at check-in was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, offering peace and quiet, with a beautiful back porch overlooking the trees. We loved the well-appointed kitchen and the nearby pub. The resort even had a laundry facility in the condo, which was a great bonus. We had a fantastic time and can't wait to go back!

We absolutely loved our stay at Crotched Mountain Resort! The value for our money was exceptional, with spacious and well-equipped rooms that even had a full kitchen and a huge balcony. The location was perfect, tucked away in a peaceful and picturesque setting. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with the maintenance man, Bob, offering exceptional service and even surprising the kids with FreezePops. We can't wait to come back for a longer stay!

The only thing that could have made the breakfast even better was if fire logs were included in the room and if there was an icemaker available. However, these were minor inconveniences that didn't affect our overall enjoyment of the resort.

Received great information before our visit with helpful tips about the location and suggestions for grocery shopping. the accommodations were spacious, with a nice balcony and community hot tub. the location is remote, but exploring surrounding villages offered picturesque scenery and entertainment.

The bar service was slow and our waitstaff were not as attentive as we would have liked. the hot tub was not always clean and did not have a heated pool option.
