During our stay, we had a small issue with the bathroom being ridiculously small. However, the staff at Crowne Plaza quickly addressed the issue and provided us with a solution.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the concert venue and close to everything I needed. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially Mitchell who went above and beyond to assist with parking our oversized cargo van. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I loved having Starbucks right in the lobby and the complimentary tasters were a nice touch.

I had been wanting to stay at Crowne Plaza for a long time, and it was perfect for my trip to see Janett Jackson's concert. The staff was awesome and the happy hour was great! The room was comfortable and the hotel's location in downtown was convenient. The friendly staff and outstanding chef made our meals enjoyable, and the little shop out front was very convenient. The rooms were a good size and the beds were comfortable, and the view was outstanding. The pool area was nice and I didn't notice any issues with the number of chairs. it was a great stay and I will definitely rebook here!
