The rooms at Hyatt Place Blacksburg/University feel so cozy and inviting, with a nice seating area and free WiFi. The flat-screen TV and private bathroom make it feel just like home. As a traveler who loves comfort and convenience, I really appreciated these amenities.

I personally wish the kitchenette in some rooms had more cooking options.

The property was amazing for our fur baby, $65 pet fee mentioned upfront, phenomenal staff, amazing breakfast, nice and comfortable room.

Great stay at a convenient location! The hotel had a fantastic shower that was very refreshing. The breakfast provided was exceptional, offering a variety of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel was situated in a prime location, making it easy to access nearby attractions and amenities.

One of the downsides of my stay was the noise coming from other rooms. There was loud music playing until the early hours of the morning, which disrupted my sleep.

The staff was wonderful and provided us with a late checkout, which was so helpful. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and the bathroom is spacious. The pool is nice and there are hand sanitizers everywhere. Great value for our money!

The room was really comfortable and spacious. It had everything I needed for a cozy and enjoyable stay. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure that I felt safe and comfortable throughout my entire stay. Plus, the hotel's facilities were excellent, including a swimming pool and a complementary breakfast with fresh fruit, which was a nice touch. The location of the hotel was also great, making it easy for me to explore the area and enjoy my Christmas holiday.

I was a bit disappointed that the fitness center was closed during my stay. I understand the safety measures, but it would have been nice to have access to that amenity.

During our recent stay at Hyatt Place Blacksburg, we were impressed by the spacious and clean room. The king bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless. We especially appreciated their attention to detail, as the chief even checked the room after it was cleaned. We had requested a non-smoking room, and we were thrilled that there was no trace of cigarette odor. This was a big relief for us, as we all have allergies to strong smells.

One issue we encountered was the constant noise from the staff in the hallway. They were quite loud, yelling back and forth while cleaning the rooms.

We loved the friendliness of the staff, who treated us like friends during our stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The hotel facilities, including the workout room and pool, were impressive. The location was great, with a variety of restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel's breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service.

The room we stayed in was located close to a noisy machine that was constantly running, resulting in a disturbed sleep every night which made our new year's trip a disaster. there was a weird odor in the room that never went away despite notifying the staff.
