The indoor pool was lovely, and the room decor pleasantly surprised me! The pressure in the shower was just perfect, making my mornings enjoyable.

Yet, I faced issues with the staff's communication. they often seemed dismissive and unhelpful when I needed assistance.

The bathroom lacked an exhaust fan.

I had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel! The pool was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. The room was decorated nicely, and the shower pressure was fantastic. Everything felt fresh and clean, making it a comfortable experience overall!

The only downside was that the TV had some issues.

During my culinary adventures, I discovered the delightful local eateries nearby—truly a foodie’s paradise! Also, the position of the hotel is fab, close to Morton Arboretum, which offers a refreshing escape. Plus, the staff's quick swap of rooms made things smoother.

While nothing jumped out as extraordinary—maybe it’s just me—I found better options for breakfast elsewhere in the area, proving that even a clean hotel has room to shine brighter.

The indoor pool was perfect for my children, who especially enjoyed swimming together. The staff's attentiveness, particularly during a busy dinner rush, truly made our extended stay feel exceptional.

We had a lovely stay with the kids at the hotel! The indoor pool was a hit, and we also enjoyed visiting the beautiful nearby gardens with tons of trails perfect for exploring. One evening, the friendly staff even squeezed us into dinner when we were really hungry after a long day.

My kids wished there were more activities specifically for them at the hotel.

The staff were super friendly and quick to help when we needed recommendations for nearby restaurants. The bar/lounge area had some great drink options that we enjoyed after a long day of exploring. The room was clean, but man, the bathrooms were small and cramped. It could really use some updates throughout.

The room was comfy and clean, with beautiful decor and a mini fridge, which was super handy. I really appreciated the good shower pressure too! Housekeeping was friendly, and I got to enjoy the lovely indoor pool. Just a couple of things to note – it was a bit small, and I wish there was a microwave. Still, I'd definitely consider coming back!
