Wonderful stay! My extended stay at Crowne Plaza was comfortable and affordable. The King Bed Suite with a separate sitting area and two flat screen TVs was spacious and clean. The housekeeping service was outstanding and the front desk personnel were friendly. The onsite restaurant was cozy and the indoor pool was clean. a fantastic, easy, and safe stay. I will definitely return.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the water in the shower was hot. The staff at the Glen Prairie restaurant were friendly and accommodating. The desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. The walls and windows were well-insulated, so there was minimal noise from both traffic and neighboring guests.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and convenient. They even made sandwiches for me to take when I needed to leave early in the morning. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities, especially the pool, were great. Additionally, the location was perfect for me as it was close to everything in the Glen Ellyn area and also provided easy access to the greater Chicago area and O'Hare airport.

The hotel is located near plenty of restaurants and shops, making it easy to find things to do in the area. the beds were comfortable and provided us with a good night's sleep.

The traffic noise was unbearable, especially during the night. We had trouble with the internet connection, and the staff was not helpful in finding a solution.

The check-in process was a breeze, and the friendly young lady at the counter made sure my room was exactly what I needed. The room itself was fantastic - clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a great night's sleep. The in-house restaurant/bar was also impressive, with delicious food and a delightful server.

Although there were a few ants in our room, the desk clerk handled the situation promptly and even provided us with breakfast passes as an apology. The beds were comfortable, and the room had a small refrigerator.
